How do I skip a delivery?

You can skip a delivery by visiting My Account > Manage Subscriptions, then clicking Skip Delivery.

A reminder email will be sent prior to each delivery to allow time to skip the delivery if desired.

How do I modify or cancel my subscription?

You can modify or cancel your subscription by visiting My Account > Manage Subscriptions. You can change the frequency of deliveries and payment method, skip a delivery or cancel your subscription.

Please note that updating your Quill.com account wallet will not change the payment method for subscription products. You must make that change on each subscription item.

How and when am I charged for QuillSUBSCRIBE shipments?

Your chosen billing method will be charged the day each order ships. You will be charged the regular price at the time of delivery minus your 5% subscription discount, if applicable.

Your reminder email will include the price you'll be charged plus associated tax.

Can I return subscription orders?

Yes, you can return subscription items just like any other item purchased from Quill.com. Visit My Account page > Start a Return.

Why did Quill cancel my subscription?

Quill will cancel a subscription if the item has been discontinued by the manufacturer. If this occurs, you will receive a notification email with an assortment of similar QuillSUBSCRIBE products.

What discounts are offered with QuillSUBSCRIBE orders?

Regular-priced subscription items (excluding select ink and toner cartridges) receive a 5% discount. Sale items and special- and custom-priced products do not receive the 5% discount.

Can I subscribe to multiple items within one subscription?

Yes, you can subscribe to multiple items within one subscription. To subscribe to multiple items just look for the eligible items and add them to a current subscription.

Can I have multiple subscriptions?

Yes, you can have multiple subscriptions. Once you have a subscription ready to ship or in the process you have the option to create another subscription. These can ship at different intervals.

What if I need my item now?

If you need your item immediately, you will need to purchase it outside the subscription and then create a subscription for future shipments.

When are my subscriptions delivered?

Subscription shipments go out in the middle or end of the month, depending on when you create your subscription. Subscriptions created in the first half of the month will ship mid-month. Subscriptions created in the second-half of the month with ship at the end of the month.

Depending on the frequency you select, your items will be delivered once a month, every other month, every three months, etc., on the calendar date of the original shipment.

Visit My Account > Manage Subscriptions from there you can manage the frequency.

Can I add items to my upcoming subscription order?

Yes, as long as the item hasn't prepared to ship you can add/remove items at any point.
