You automatically earn one Point for every dollar spent on qualifying merchandise. Other methods of earning Points may be occasionally available such as Point multipliers and bonus Point offers.

Yes. An account's total Point balance will expire when the account has no purchase activity for 60 consecutive days. Points will remain available if the account maintains an active status of making a purchase at least every 60 days.

If you return merchandise purchased, your original payment type will be refunded, and Quill will remove any Point earnings related to the transaction from your Point balance. If you have already used all or a portion of those Points, your Point balance could potentially go negative until you earn Points to make up the deficit.
