Preferred is a custom Quill plan for businesses/organizations with 20+ employees that provides a dedicated account manager, a custom price list, and more exclusive benefits.
Rewards+ and Preferred plans last one year, renewing one year from the join date. The renewal fee for Rewards+ is $99.99 and the renewal fee for Preferred is based on your custom negotiated price.
You can choose to have us send you an invoice for your renewal fee or pay it automatically with a credit card on file. Manage your renewal payment anytime in the "Manage Saved Credit Cards & Renewals" section of your "My Account page," or by contacting Customer Service.
When you sign up for the Rewards+ free trial, you will receive all the benefits of a Rewards+ membership for 90 days. To keep your benefits at the end of your 90-trial period, you will either be invoiced or your credit card on file will be charged the $99.99 annual fee. Your renewal for the following year will be charged 12 months from the original start date of your free trial period. You can cancel your free trial at any time, starting 24 hours after your enrollment. However, once it is canceled, you won't be able to enter a free trial again.
If you commit to $8,000 or more spend in your first year, and continue spending over $8,000 annually, we will waive the fee. Program and all benefits will be available to your organization at no charge.

We will work with you to add items that are most meaningful to your organization at an aggressive price - no limits and the price will be there every time you shop. Simply contact your account manager with items you would like on your program, or send over a copy of a competitor invoice, and we will get your custom program built. You can add items any time.
After our initial discovery discussion with your organization, we will assign you a dedicated account manager with the experience best suited for your needs. They will be there to help build custom programs, assist with special projects (including solutions based on your ordering process requirements), build reports specific for your organization, and more.

Your Rewards+ paper price will automatically be reflected on our lowest priced 10-ream paper. You can find this item on the Quill website Homepage or Hot Deals page.
Because of its incredibly low price, Rewards+ priced paper is not eligible for points. You will not receive points on this item, but you can still earn points on other items in your order.
Rewards+ and Preferred members automatically receive free shipping with no order minimum required. Simply place your order and you're all set. If you find the item you're looking for at a lower price on a select competitor's website*, show us and we will match the price for you. Already purchased the item from Quill? As long as it's within 7 days, we will refund the difference in QuillCASH™ Rewards.
There are two ways you can submit a price match request:
- Call 800.437.1281 to speak to a representative. If they can verify the lower price, they will match the price for you.
- If you have already purchased the item from Quill but find a lower price within 7 days, you can submit your price match request online. Within your Quill account, go to your "Order History" page, click on the relevant order number link, then click "Submit Price Match" next to the item you're looking to match. If the price is verified, we will send you the difference in QuillCASH™.

No. An account's total Point balance only expires when the account has no purchase activity for 60 consecutive days. Points will remain available if the account maintains an active status of making a purchase at least every 60 days.
