How do I create a username and password?

Simply start shopping by filling your cart with items you want to purchase.

After clicking the Checkout button, you will be prompted to sign in. If you haven't created your user name, click the Continue to Checkout button and follow the simple steps to submit your order. The next day you will have access to order tracking information, invoices for shipped orders, access to our easy Return Wizard and more. If you haven't established an online account yet, follow the steps outlined above. Once you are registered, you will instantly be able to shop and order product from in one simple step.

How do I recover my username or password?

If you forgot your login information, you can go to the Login Assistance page to request an instant password reset. Simply enter the email address on your profile, or your user name and the answer to your password reminder question and, in less than 2 minutes you will receive an email that contains your username and a link to reset your password.

If you do not receive your password reset email within 2 minutes, please check your “SPAM” folder.

My business is tax exempt. What do I need to do?

Simply send your tax exemption certificate to our tax department and, once we receive it, any tax charged to your account will be credited. Please reference your Quill account number or write “new” if you are a new Quill customer.

How often does Quill report to D&B?

Quill sends a file every week to D&B but D&B reports once a month.

Why aren't my trades being reported?

What credit bureau does Quill report to?

Quill only reports to Dun and Bradstreet.
