Payment information
Whether you're a businesses or opening a personal account, we want to make payment as quick and easy as possible.
How to pay
Business accounts
If you are a business, you may qualify for a Quill.com Open Account (net payment due in 30 days of purchase).
If approved, you have the choice to receive electronic or paper invoices that will be sent to you within 2 days of order shipment. It's easy to apply, simply select the Invoice My Account option at checkout and submit your order. That's it. From there we will determine if your business qualifies for an open account.
The open account is subject to credit approval and not all businesses will qualify for open account credit terms. If there are any questions, a Quill.com representative will contact you for more information.

Tax exempt?
Simply send your tax exemption certificate to our tax department and, once we receive it, any tax charged to your account will be credited. Please reference your Quill account number or write “new” if you are a new Quill customer.
