Paper shredder oil sheets come in packs with as few as 12 and 24 pieces and are easy to use. The liquid oil comes in containers that hold various quantities such as 1 pint and 12 ounces for small-scale uses. Since it’s advisable to lubricate cross cut shredders after 30 minutes of shredding and strip cut shredders after an hour of working, larger offices can stock 1-gallon oil containers. These options can come in packs of four.

Some shredder oil lubricants are in maintenance kits that also include compressed air to blow dust away, wipes, air dusters, and straw attachments to help clean areas that are hard to reach in the shredders. Supplies such as shredder bags help ensure quick tidying after shredding is complete.
