(4 Products)What Is a Correction Pen?
Correction pens are filled with correction fluid, an opaque white fluid applied to copy paper in order to cover up errors. Once dried, corrected areas can be written or typed on. Correction pens are a way to use correction fluid in a precise, simplified manner. Unlike bottled fluid, correction pens provide razor-sharp accuracy with every mark on the paper, preventing errors or spills. There’s no need to worry about whether or not you’ll accidentally blot out a word while trying to mask a semicolon. Correction fluid pens allow for easy fixes without any overflow.
To use a correction pen, simply apply the pen to the beginning of the error you wish to erase, and squeeze while pressing down on the pen. Smoothly pull the pen over the error, leaving a coat of correction fluid behind, and lift the pen from the paper after it is fully covered. Do a second coat if necessary after the first coat has dried to prevent the paper from becoming damp and thin.
Why Should You Use Correction Pens?
When you find minor mistakes on documents, don’t worry about rewriting them or having to waste precious printer ink and toner. Save time and money by using a corrector pen to fix small details and errors instead. Corrector pens include features like:
- Precision editing for small details or specific lines of text
- Traditional white coloring, which blends perfectly into standard printer paper
- Lower risk of saturation in comparison to sponge applicators of correction fluid
- Quick-drying formula that lets you fix your document or image as quickly as possible
- Compatibility with copies, faxes and other documents
- Needlepoint tips that offer the highest accuracy on the market
- Smooth finishes that won’t look out of place and is simple to write over
What Factors Should You Consider When Purchasing Correction Fluid Pens?
If you do a lot of minor edits regularly or are supplying an office, consider choosing a multi-pack option of correction fluid pens. This will help you never run low on corrector pens when you need them. If correcting documents is an infrequent need, Quill gives you the option to purchase single pens for correcting as well.
