Strathmore 400 Series Watercolor Pads feature acid-free, blended wood pulp sheets with a professional grade textured surface. These cold pressed, high-quality papers are recommended for intermediate and advanced watercolorists. The 140 lb. (300 gsm) paper weight and rough surface offer durability that holds up to watercolor techniques such as color lifting and scraping. The toothy texture provides faster absorbency and grips the pigment. 400 Series Watercolor Pads produce fine and even color washes and are compatible with a variety of wet and dry media. Each watercolor pad is wire bound and contains 12 sheets of watercolor paper. Sold as a pack of 3 watercolor pads.
