Jackson Safety Nemesis Safety Glasses are sporty, lightweight safety sunglasses. They’re stylish and comfortable enough that your employees will be happy to wear them – and stay protected.
Giving your employees what they need to do their job safely and effectively has to be a top priority of any business owner. Jackson Safety V30 Nemesis Safety Glasses, with smoke anti-fog lenses, are a leader in affordable eye protection. The comfortable polycarbonate frames hold lenses that provide 99% UV (UVA/UVB/UVC) protection. The black wraparound frame with base curve 8 lenses extend the range of peripheral protection. Soft touch temples provide added comfort for long-term use. Each pair of Jackson Safety Nemesis glasses come with a neck cord to securing them around the neck, so that the glasses are ready to protect at a moment’s notice. Eye protection, such as safety glasses or goggles, is worn to shield eyes from hazards, including flying particles, heat, chemicals, and harmful exposure to light. Face shields and helmets may be also be used with protective eyewear, especially when welding or working with molten materials, to provide additional protection. Eyewear is sometimes designed to wrap around the side of the head to extend protection to the periphery; the extent of this protection is measured as "base lens curve." Base lens curve has a typical range of 3 to 10, with a 3 being on the flat end of the scale and requiring the use of side shields and a 10 providing more wraparound protection and peripheral vision, and reducing the need for side shields.
