The Quill Family of Brands Lifetime Warranty

We guarantee the quality of these products to be free from defects regardless of the age of the product. If a defect occurs, we'll be happy to exchange it or provide a full refund.

Best Price Promise

If you find a lower, publicly available price on a competitor's website on a product marked with our Price Promise badge, contact us at 800-982-3400800-982-3400 and we'll adjust the price of our product so it's 50¢ lower than the competitor's price.

You must be able to verify the price at the time of your call. Applies to lower prices found on Staples.com, Amazon.com (shipped & sold by Amazon), Officedepot.com, Costco.com, Samsclub.com and Homedepot.com. Also applies to lower prices found on Walmart.com (shipped & sold by Walmart) for products other than copy paper. Delivered product only, not in-store price.

Ink & Toner Price Match Promise

If you find a lower ink & toner price on Staples.com, Amazon.com (shipped & sold by Amazon) or Officedepot.com, we will match it.

This Price Match Promise applies to delivered product only, not in-store price. It also excludes 3rd Party Marketplaces, bids, bid pricing and membership pricing. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit quantities purchased and not match prices from a competitor's special offer or limited time/limited quantity promotion.

Preferred Price Match

Quill Brand ink & toner cartridges are guaranteed to be free from defect regardless of the age of the product. If a defect occurs, we'll be happy to exchange it or provide a full refund. Quill Brand^® Toner and Ink cartridges are guaranteed to meet the O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) yield and performance standards. Quill imaging products are manufactured to the highest standards in materials and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied, Quill will replace the product, refund your money or credit your account.
