Quill reward points terms and conditions

Earning: Customers will automatically earn Points when they make qualifying purchases at Quill®. Points are awarded based on total merchandise purchased in a transaction, rounded down to the nearest dollar. Bonus opportunities to earn points may be occasionally available. Some merchandise is not eligible for earning Points, including items identified with a “Product Exclusion” message on the product page, specific copy paper sale items, Quill+ member price copy paper, gift cards, computers, Apple products, Chromebooks, e-readers, streaming devices, tablets, special order items, quotes, and all pallet and truckload shipments of paper. Points are not awarded for fees, including fees for furniture assembly, Quill+ membership and other enrollment fees, or for amounts paid for applicable taxes, freight, or shipping & handling charges.
Points earned while logged into a Quill account will be awarded to the user logged in at the time of purchase. Points earned when not logged in will be associated with the transaction in which they are earned. To accumulate and save Points over multiple purchases, the customer must be logged into their Quill account. For activities that involve completing orders, your Points will become available when the required order(s) is invoiced.
Points will not be awarded for the purchase of products for the purpose of resale or rental, or products to be shipped to a Quill customer's own customers or potential customers.
Redemption: Customers can redeem Points on the same order they are earned or choose to accumulate Points over multiple purchases made from a Quill account. Points can be redeemed for a selection of reward items from our Rewards Center or for discounts.
Reward items in the Rewards Center will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a reward item's inventory has been depleted, the item will no longer be available. Additional terms and conditions may apply to particular reward items and will be set forth on the Reward Center site. Reward items will be provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Quill. All reward point redemptions are final. The selection, quantity, and additional terms and conditions applicable to reward items are at Quill's sole discretion. Points can be redeemed for reward items with or without purchase. Standard shipping and handling charges apply to Reward items. See the shipping and order policies page for details. Reward items redeemed will not ship until the merchandise for which you earned the Points has shipped.
When redeeming Points for a discount, the discounts may be applied to the purchase of qualifying merchandise. Some merchandise and fees are not eligible for such discounts, including Quill+ membership and other enrollment fees, applicable taxes, freight, shipping & handling charges, and gift cards. Points cannot be redeemed for discounts without a purchase at the time of redemption and cannot be applied to prior purchases or to invoices. Points redeemed for a discount cannot exceed the value of the merchandise total of the order on which it is redeemed.
Expiration: All saved Points expire when a user's Quill account login has no purchase activity during a 60-day span, except as prohibited by law. If you choose to deactivate your account, your Points expire as of the day your account closes. Quill may, at its discretion, send you a notification after 30 days of no purchase activity to remind you that your Points will expire upon the 60th day of inactivity. However, it is your responsibility to monitor your account status.
Returns: If you return merchandise purchased, your original payment type will be refunded, and Quill will remove any Point earnings related to the transaction from your Point balance.
Restrictions: Points are non-transferrable. You cannot transfer, substitute, or redeem Points for cash or gift cards. Quill reserves the right to substitute a reward item of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
General: We reserve the right to accept or refuse specific customer participation in the Program at our discretion for any reason without notice. We reserve the right to end Points offers or adjust the Points values for reward items at any time, or to cancel the Program at any time for no reason. Quill's failure to enforce strict compliance with these Terms will in no way constitute a waiver of any rights.
