Functioning as the enhanced version of Cambro's classic H-pan, this Cambro 32HP772 X-Pan 1/3 size high heat sandstone food pan is perfect for a variety of food holding, cooking, and reheating applications, making it extremely versatile! Durably built, this 2 1/2" deep pan is made to withstand extreme temperatures from -40 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, so you can store, cook, and then serve food in the same vessel to reduce the number of pans used in your operation. Plus, thanks to its non-stick interior surface, you can ensure that every last morsel of your food is enjoyed with no residue left behind. In addition to increased yields, this smooth interior also promotes easy cleaning for reduced downtime and better sanitation. The graduated markings also help you measure out accurate quantities of ingredients or prepared foods for better inventory management. To help merchandise your foods, this X-Pan boasts an attractive sandstone color, which is designed to look more appealing than the standard amber pans you may be used to seeing on buffet lines and salad bars. Additionally, since it stacks without wedging or sticking, this pan gives you more usable space in your kitchen or storage area while ensuring that it's always easy to grab a pan when needed. It even stacks with Cambro H-Pans of the same size (sold separately), so you can still make use of your old stock while keeping everything together and organized.
