The Brecknell general-purpose electronic bench scale offers exceptional value for your money. Perfect for use in most food preparation areas, portion control stations, and industrial kitchens, this simple-to-use two-key bench scale features a 100% tare, allowing each ingredient to be quickly tared off to guarantee correct portion control. Can operate in kg, grams, lbs., or lbs./oz. Housed in a robust wipe-down ABS enclosure with a 304 food-grade stainless steel platter that can easily be removed for easycleaning. The scale has a large easy-to-read low-powered LCD display with blue backlight and built-in power saving functionality. Powered by either four AA batteries that provide 38 hours of battery life or by an external power adapter (included). A wipe-down plastic cover comes standard to protect the display, keyboard, and housing from dust and food particles when in use.
