The adjustable outlet heads on this eyewash station provide a gentle and aerated flow of water to remove foreign materials and irritants from water. Once activated, this Guardian EyeSafe station delivers a steady spray of water that can be stopped by pressing a button or halting the water supply.
- Faucet-mounted eyewash convert any faucet into an emergency eyewash station without interfering with normal faucet operation
- Forged brass diverter valve
- Faucet-mounted eyewashes should be used with cold or warm water only, use of hot water might cause scalding
- Unit can be installed at any sink, close to where accidents might occur; in an emergency, the unit is quickly located and activated, and it provides an unlimited supply of potable water for rinsing the user's eyes
- Pull knob to activate eyewash, water pressure holds eyewash in operation, leaving user's hands free, push knob or turn off faucet to return to normal faucet operation
- Body features 0.86"-27 female thread, furnished with three adaptors (0.93"-27, 0.81"-27, and 0.38" NPS) for installing on most commonly used faucets, including laboratory-type faucets
- Outlet heads are mounted 3" apart and deliver a soft, aerated flow of water; angle of heads is adjustable to permit full coverage and avoid splashing, furnished with float-off dust covers to protect outlet heads
- Furnished with removable aerator on bottom
- Unit is completely assembled and water-tested prior to shipment
