The furniture delivery date you receive in your order confirmation reflects delivery to our installers. Our installers will contact you within 9 business days of the order confirmation date given in each order confirmation email. They will work with you to schedule a delivery and assembly appointment that works with your schedule.
Please speak to your Furniture Specialist regarding the following:
- If an installer is not in your immediate area
- Businesses located in New York state
- Stairs
- Before/after working hours (8:00am–5:00pm)
- Weekend delivery
- Customer–requested installation dates

Furniture Center: Delivery, Assembly, Returns, Protection Plans and More
The driver will bring your new furniture to the tailgate of the truck for you to bring into your building.
The driver will help you bring your new furniture inside the ground floor of your building for a small $25* fee.

Your new furniture will be delivered where you want it, assembled and inspected the same day. All packaging materials will be removed. Learn More
Basic Assembly
This option is the perfect way to get the assembly help you need if you plan on using FREE Tailgate Delivery or Driver-Assisted Service.
Here’s how it works:
- Add Basic Assembly to your cart for each individual furniture item you’d like assembled.
- You’ll then be contacted via email with "next step" instructions to set up your assembly appointment window.
- Our team of local, fully insured professionals is happy to assemble your new furniture – usually within 48 hours of furniture delivery.
Note: Furniture must be in its desired location when the assembler arrives.
