The FD 452 is quick to set up and simple to use. Load mail, press start and that’s it! The cutting mechanism slits ONLY one side of the envelope so the contents are left undamaged, with no messy paper scraps to clean up. You can then safely extract the envelope contents without the risk of sharp edges. Competitive products cut THROUGH the envelope, damaging the contents and creating unwanted paper scraps to clean up.

Use the FD 452 to open a wide variety of envelope sizes at once, from #10 to flats, without pre-sorting. The easy-to-use support arm extends to hold large envelopes, while a unique push arm provides constant pressure to feed mixed sized envelopes quickly and accurately.
