Installment Payment Program Terms and Conditions

Business Customers who qualify for the Quill.com Installment Payment Program (the ”Program”) can pay for qualifying purchases of products in six equal installments, with 0% interest. The terms of the Program are described below.

Qualifying Business Customers

To qualify for the Program, you must be an existing or new business customer whose account/and or credit history is in good standing. Please note that Quill.com is extending credit to each business customer who qualifies for the Program (and not to any individual employee of that business customer).

What types of purchases qualify?

• Any single order of $500 or more of technology including computers, tablets, monitors, printers, shredders, other office machines, and technology services. See all qualified products here.
• Any single order of $500 or more of furniture including chairs, desks, file cabinets, tables, white boards, easels, and furniture services. See all qualified products here.
• Any combination order of $500 or more of technology and furniture.
• Single order must total $500 after coupons are applied, but before QuillCash™ is applied.

Billing

Once your order ships, you will receive an invoice that reflects the total amount due by the end of the six month period. If your order contains multiple shipments, each shipment will have a separate invoice that, together,will add up to the final Installment Plan amount approved. You will have up to 30 days to make your initial installment payment of 1/6 of the total cost (including sales tax). An email reminder will be sent to your email address 6-10 days before each installment payment is due. If you wish to make an early payoff, the remaining balance can be paid at any time. When paid in full, you will receive an email to confirm that your installment payment plan has been fulfilled. [Example:, if your $600 order ships on September 1, you will make the first of six equal $100 payments on October 1; on October 20, you will receive an email reminder that your second payment is due on October 31. This will continue until you make your 6th (final) payment at the end of February.] Failure to comply will void your participation in the Program, and your remaining balance will immediately be due in full.
