Description
3M E-A-R TaperFit 2 corded ear plugs provide a comfortable, individualized fit and excellent attenuation. Its smooth foam expands in the ear canal to help provide comfortable hearing protection. The TaperFit 2 Ear Plugs feature a tapered design that easily and comfortably fits into the ear to help reduce your noise exposure. Simply roll the earplug between your fingers, insert it in the ear canal. The low-pressure foam expands for a snug yet gentle fit that helps block high noise levels. Bright yellow color allows supervisors to conduct a quick visual hearing protection compliance check. Recommended applications include assembly and mechanical, chipping, chiseling, cleaning, drilling, furnace operations, grinding, heavy equipment operations, machining, metal repair, painting, pouring/casting, power fastening, riveting, sanding, sawing and welding. These earplugs are commonly used in the following industries: agriculture, automotive, chemicals, construction, general manufacturing, healthcare, oil and gas, and pharmaceuticals.
